Lap pool
No more tanning beds. Remodel taking too long.
It stay well cleaned and not smelly
Spacious gym with large daycare and great staff. The basketball court is a huge bonus
Equipment quality, layout.
Improve the website so it's easier to find classes by time.
Offer more good 5 and 5:15am group classes for people who have to work at 7am, not everyone can take 10am pilates or HIIT classes.
Provide"suggested workouts' that would help members to "mix it up" by themselves, i.e. a rotating list of 10 to 15 different workouts

The classes: Ride on M/W & F and the Power Class at 7:10 a.m. on Saturday
Indoor tennis courts always dirty!
When I go to the gym at 5:00 pm the locker room is dirty. The floor in the group X room is dirty. Need to replace the equipment in the group X room.
Please repave the parking lot and put down stripes. It’s horrible.
More childcare hours
I know staffing issues are causing problems everywhere, with it being tough to find/keep employees, but it seems like the daycare being staffed is hit and miss. Hopefully things are trending in the right direction with the change in management.
I know some of the treadmills are older, but there seems to always be several of them that are broken at the same time.
Facility is increasingly rundown, dirty, and trashy. Equipment is not being kept up-to-date and maintained. Rep counters on equipment aren’t even working. Noticed same used Kleenex on walking path three days in a row.
I like the equipment that is available and the spin classes. Wish you had more Yoga classes like you did at one time.

Chris has gone above and beyond to help get my trainings scheduled around my busy schedule.
I really enjoy the gym - the only issue I have is the lack of the mens sauna. It has not been functioning for many months.
I like the group fitness classes. I can choose from a variety levels of intensity training and the other participants have similar interests so it is a way to meet other people.
The size and available convenient hours
Perfect sized club, and I like having a hot tub, steam, and sauna in the actual locker room
It is the same feedback and no change or action. The cleanliness of the club is the issue and I have repeatedly mentioned this with no improvement and empty promises. This weekend was the best example with the locker room and showers a disaster for the health department, no TP or paper towels, and garbage all over. Plus, there was no housekeepers or even anyone working at the front desk, Seriously?? The ladies showers are never cleaned and tonight, the same shaving cream and hair on the door from last night was still there. When I tried to use the steam room, there was someone shaving their legs!!!! It is ridiculous by now and I do not know why you ask for feedback when you do nothing.
I love the accessibility to the pool with small children.

Fix the ceiling tiles are browned from a leaky roof.

Replace the plumbing fixtures that are needed.
Many of the machines are worn out and need refurbished or need to be replaced. TV buttons are not responsive, etc.
The gym has not be kept up. Come ON!!
Even if there is a remodel on the horizon, that does not mean basic maintenance should be neglected.
