I won't recommend the Club to anyone until the air conditioning gets fixed. Now going on two months of swelter. It's becoming something of a joke, appreciating that I think management is trying its best to get the custom part for the HVAC repair. Regardless, I couldn't possibly suggest membership in the Club to anyone I care about.
Some of the cardio equipment could use replacing. Doesn’t appear equipment is tested by employees on a regular basis as a few of the machines have been squeaking and grinding for months. I have reported it twice, but clearly hasn’t been a priority to repair.
It’s just too small
More free standing benches upstairs. When the small group works out with the trainer M-F mornings they take over 4 benches and the rest of the members go without.
Have the night shift walk the workout floor after they lock the door (would take 5 min) to look for rags, water bottles, etc so that the morning members don't have to pick it up in order to work out.
Consider budgeting some replacement machines, especially cardio as many are very very old/
There is a broken "swim suit dryer". Carrying a wet swimsuit that isn't easy to wring out and walking by the dryer for a long time is dissappointing. Easy repair, very obvious to all.
Exterior appearance of the building. Parking lot and sidewalks need repair.
The staff at this location are great. Always friendly and available.
Cleanliness is a little above average but still some room for improvement.
In the past I have given a 10. I am a long-time member of Genesis South. Lately, however, I find that the club is lagging behind in preventive maintenance and cleaning. I understand that the club is awaiting building permits for a huge renovation project and also understand it is difficult to hire people who are committed to making this the best club in Fort Collins. I give kudos to Dakota and Jerry. I know they are trying their best and may not be getting what they need to excel. I am hopeful for the future.

Some of the areas are looking really tired - women's locker room has many broken tiles, doors, faucets, fixtures, toilets etc. And should be repaired
I’ve been a member for quite a while. There hasn’t been any new equipment and people are bringing their small children into the workout areas when childcare is not open, it’s not safe.

Have a bit more respect for regular tennis club member. Are play with a group of 12 to 15 players every Monday Wednesday Friday. This summer we have been able to get caught inside on some days unless it’s at 7:30 in the morning or after 3:30 in the evening. This is even after calling at 5 AM in the morning to reserve a court. They just aren’t thereTo top it all off, on Sundays we show up and see the courts aren’t even being used.

The condition of the facilities and parking lot.
Please clean all the vents and speakers in the women's locker room. They are really thick with dust. It's unreal. The machines in the cardio area are not thoroughly wiped down (the whole machine). Basically it isn't clean, superficially yes but not the deep cleaning. The pools have been so much better this year and I truly appreciate the extra time taken to keep the water clear. Nate, who opens at times on Saturdays is super friendly and courteous. Thank you for opportunity to share concerns about your facility.
Clean, located in good areas, convenient hours and great pool.
The facility needs significant improvements to the building and grounds.
Towels are rough and old. Group fitness schedule needs improvement. Frequent AC problems.
There are lots of options for working out and the facility is clean and maintained.
Too far from our house. FC Club is a little closer and bigger basketball court.
I see the locker room is being remodel which will make a huge difference.
I like to swim laps in the indoor pool area, however the wet area tiles are filthy, They could probably use a good power washing and maybe might even need to be re-grouted.
The pool lately has been pretty cloudy and / or green. Two weeks ago I came in the pool was not closed but it the water was green.
Needs to be cleaner
Constant change in front-end service personnel. Cleanliness and keeping gym equipment in proper place is continuously going downhill.
During summer swim, there's loose supervision of children in day camp who are in pool.
Complete remodel.
I like most your tennis programs. I like playing in the USTA leagues which you sponsor. I like that your tennis instructors are available to coach the USTA teams. I like the fact that you can put your membership on hold while spending the winter elsewhere.
Costs for reformer classes are going up, but reformers aren't being maintained.
The atmosphere.
Need to turn the air down a degree or two in the locker rooms or get working fans that mount on both sides of the locker room. One of them hasn’t worked for months (the one on the east side) and it is hard to get cooled down after workouts.
