More apparel for sell and maybe an extra smith machine that goes all the way down to the floor. And a hip thrust plate loaded machine. Other than that it’s overall a good gym.
Everyone that works there are very friendly and accommodating. Love the classes offered and the amazing instructors ♥️

Shovel your sidewalks and plow the lot when it snows! I shouldn’t have to put my truck in 4wd to park to workout.
More squat racks and/or Olympic lifting platforms would be amazing or even a dedicated rack just for trainers to use with clients.
Genesis took over while I was on vacation. I lost 6 personal training dates that were paid for, no one ever got back to me, nor reached out to welcome me to the new club. Went to another location in Lee’s Summit, finding someone that works there was a joke, no towels. Overall poorly ran and organized

Non working cardiac equipment is not being repaired .

Great club!
The club is starting to show its age and could use some updating.
Club is out dated and normally dirty. Locker rooms have zero privacy and need all new shower area installed and cleaned up. Classes are very limited and need new and better instructors. I have switched to the Genesis off of ward parkway until upgrades are made at north op.
Keep restroom stocked with soap, shampoo, etc. Fix ventilation in pool area.
Need sanitizing wipes again. Paper towels and spray bottles aren’t good.
Need a spin instructor for lunch hour classes please.
Good club and equipment. Good hours. I noticed that the cable on the Tricep Pulldown Machine that faces the Front Desk is all but unusable.
Other than that...good gym!
The STAFF! The equipment and the setting are great as well, but the staff puts the experience over the top!
Pickle ball in the gym
Genesis has a reputation of being shadey with their contracts and finding ways to extort money from their customers. I've personally met many people with stories of how genesis has charged them hundreds of dollars to end their contract when they try to cancel their contract and genesis renews it anyway. For this reason I'm embarrassed to even tell people I go to genesis. If I do mention it I make sure they know the only reason I go is because I started with Sky and that I do not support genesis as a company and that if they are going to use genesis to only do month to month.
I've even given in and tried to move over to genesis contracts because I wanted to have the option to bring a friend but I've been told that isn't an option - even though it literally says so on the website.
I joined strictly for the pool. There is minimal time the pool is not packed with huge classes, camps, swimming lessons etc.. I believe in sharing and being respectful but that does not seem to be the case with other people the majority of the time.
More cleaning of locker rooms: sinks, toilets and showers. Regular cleaning of pool jacuzzi, it nearly always has a dark ring at water's edge. I have submitted these issues before.
There are showers that continually run and cannot be turned all the way off. This is a waste of water and huge expense for you.
Newer towels would be great.

I don’t like that fact that I had guest passes at the beginning of our membership and then I didn’t even with the premiere membership, and then you advertise no enrollment fee free guest pases. I understand trying to get new members, but how bout rewarding Loyal members .
The pool
I enjoy using the ellipticals at times of my own choosing
24 hrs. Need some usable lockers in the locker room. What happened to the indoor pool and basketball court?
Mens locker room carpet is extremely dirty and lockers need to be cleaned on a schedule to keep them clean .
Big, beautiful gym. It has everything you need no matter what stage you're at in working out.
The upper level bathrooms need to be remodeled.
I’ve been satisfied with the club overall. The staff is friendly, the classes motivating and the price pleasing . Steve does a good job of running the club and Lou has been a great instructor.
