Actually. All is good. Just waiting for the weather to get better so the pool outside opens. Also, do you have a senior discount, summer membership or maybe a couples membership for the summer? I would like to have my husband swim with me this summer.
The pool is cloudy - please get the chemicals corrected!

You put the most unhealthy thing in the locker room. Wall to wall carpet has a known history of holding germs and fungus of all kinds.
Poeple are walking on this carpet with wet feet and leaing all kinds of germs, to be spread to other poeple in the locker room.
I know that before construction stared, a lot of your customers, told you not to do this, but you did anyway. I don't know why the Health Dept, approved this.

Associates who work there are friendly and encouraging! There are always towels available and the club is clean.
Tennis classes and Pro’s are great.

Fixing the machines that are broken/need service in a timely manner. I believe the same cardio machines have been broken for over a month without repair.
Keep towels available, build an indoor pool and hot tub. Have staff for message and stretching.

I have asthma & the construction stink has made it impossible to work out at your gym.
It was my first time at this location and I won't be back.
The facility is run down.
I am used to built in locks on the lockers but these require actual locks and I didn't have one.
I was searching everywhere in the locker room for towels in my swimsuit when I asked a gal she said I had to go all the way to the front desk to get them so I could shower. So I had to walk freezing cold, because I was wet from the pool, to the front desk for towels in my swimsuit.
I did however enjoy the whirlpool in the locker room.
Showers have been closed months longer than necessary. As a swimmer I don't feel that the outhouses without handwashing stations are sanitary enough for use before or after class.
State requirements include shower before entering pool which hasn't been available.
I have on occasion used alternate locations but it's just not the same without the teachers and friends I have made in the last 10 years.
Showers/locker rooms should have been a priority project before lobby front desk area.

Gym has gone downhill since genesis took over. Really dirty and broken things not being fixed.

I like the pool. Being in the water helps my rehabilitation from back surgery. It is also helping me prolong not doing knee surgery at this current time.
The staff is very nice and helpful at the club.
The manager at this club is amazing and works his butt off to ensure that this gym is perfect for all of its members. He's definitely the reason why this gym is the best out of all the locations in Omaha.
I like the clean facility and friendly staff.
More body pump classes at the midtown location. More hot power yoga classes.
Expensive compared to other gyms.
I like the neighborhood feel of the club. I enjoy the members. Front desk staff is wonderful Madison is lovely. Love the spin teachers - including James, Mari, Kris and Monica. (and Sarissa when she subs!)

Fix the Life Fitness machines when they break down and replace the pads on the various machines when they start wearing out in a timely manner. Having to wait 4-6 weeks for repairs is not considered timely
and is not fair to the members of this club!!!
I would recommend that management consider ordering enough pads for the various machines that need them so that there is a supply available for faster replacement.
I have not been to South in many years. The system limitation to change my primary location to Midtown is disappointing and makes your repetitive requests for feedback null for me.
