Our local Genesis is the old Racquet Club at 56th and Old Cheney...and our membership costs have stayed the same while not all the amenities have been available. I understand that we can go to the other two clubs in town, however the distance is not convenient. I know the club will be extremely, but the remodel has taken forever.

Standing water in one of the 4 sinks that don't work for at least 2 weeks both urinals out of order now not even sure the place gets cleaned on a regular basis
I like the variety of equipment and ways to exercise available. I love the friendly and helpful staff that always greet with a smile and are more than willing to help out and answer questions. This is a top notch exercise facility with incredible staff. Thank you!
Great classes good choice to pick from clean facilities has shower and pool friendly staff
Very dirty. The class rooms do not get cleaned or mopped. The bathrooms are gross & always out of paper towels or toilet paper. The parking lot has huge pot holes in it. Very disappointed.

The location is easy for me to get to. I only use the pools and they are maintained well.

It is a good gym, I like it. I do tell people that I like going there, however warned them that the men there treat the locker room/sauna/hot tub/steam room as a bath house. Can you put signs to cover up in sauna, hot tub, and steam room?
Please continue to supply resistance bands.
Membership fees. Children's fees to join. I would love to bring my son, but I don't want to pay another membership fee when he may not workout as much as I do.
Clean towels would be nice. There's hardly any towels.

Please, please get more 12 pound weights in the studio. We currently only have 3 sets on a good day. People fight over them. This has been a problem forever with a simple fix.
Second, clean the fan blades and return vents. They are totally gross. Clean them and save yourself money!! The HVAC will work better, the air will be cleaner, and you will save money.
I really don’t like to complain or be that person. I enjoy the members and the employees. My only gripe is that the machines are always down and for multiple days. If I pay a yearly fee for upkeep as well as other members, I wouldn’t think there would be this issue. Some machines could definitely be replaced or even updated.
Richard Schwartz is wonderful. Staff are generally pleasant and friendly.

Doesn't seem like you have the AC on! The airfiltration system is not working properly. Too hot inside the aerobic class room. Not enough Fans to keep Cool during my Workouts
Equipment is always broken, so consistent maintenance would be really great. There are also not enough weights to accommodate what I feel is a growing gym community. I tend to wait 30-45 mins for a piece of equipment I need.
Yall charge for maintenance and never actually fix anything
It’s conveniently located and staff is helpful and friendly. Updated equipment is very nice and can’t wait to see the new showers and steam room.
Upgrade the facility. Locker rooms and overall maintenance really need improved. The comparison to the Overland Park facility vs Ridgeview makes Ridgeview seem 2nd class.
I like the club a lot, but it seems like things are broken and don't get attention for a long time. I wish they would be faster about fixing things? In the mens locker room there have been lockers broken forever. In the steam room the tile has been falling apart forever and missing tiles. I just want things to get fixed.
Availability, views, staff, location, very nice workout facility!
It is filthy dirty and no one cares. I live blocks away and drive to south because it is kept clean. It is literally nasty and has been for a long time and most of my friends who belonged there have gone to St John/s because of the filth.
More classes like Forever Fit for “older” clients
The other day there was a sign say “no towels-sorry” so I asked and was told that all towels had been stolen. The trash can had dirty towels in it so it was clearly a lie. I took pictures of both too. Seems the newer gal is the only one who will wash towels so i thanked her for doing so.
