Don't accept prime and member fees are expensive
Ensure at least two big fans in cardio workout room. No fan at all for over one week. When charging ub enhancement fees to email and ket us know prior to charging.
Clean cardio workout room floors before evening workouts, Saturday morning workouts and Sunday morning workouts.
Machines are always broken, everything is dirty

The club make over is great! But the best part of this location is the staff. Especially appreciate Jessy and Henry. Still waiting for the promised sauna and outdoor swimming pool.

Compared to the other Genesis locations, the music is always “blaring” in the weight lifting and aerobics area. I don’t mind music, but it’s so loud that if you have earbuds, you can’t even hear your own music.
Mens locker room, shower area needs a complete cleaning overhaul to include replacing air vents( shower area). Pool equipment room door is filthy. Whom ever is cleaning the club needs to pay much more attention to detail. Oh the swimsuit spinner has had a freaking bucket beneath it for 10+ years.
I am allergic to something you are cleaning with in the inside tennis area if you look in to this it would be an improvement
Love the remodel. It's so clean and so has so much more equipment. Especially loving the design of the locker rooms!
There are too many potholes in the parking lot at the East Lincoln location. This is an issue in the winter when it gets dark very early. There are not enough lights in the parking lot to see the potholes.
I went to the gym late yesterday afternoon. I went to work out on one of the bicycles. I could not find a clean rag and no solution. I turned around and left.
I don't think you do enough to keep things clean and virus-free
Every year we deal with the air conditioning not working correctly for the past few years. We are told that the issue will be corrected permanently next year. NEXT YEAR COMES AND IT STILL HAPPENS.
The carpet is disgusting and needs to be cleaned or replaced.
The monitors and speakers in the AAT room at Ridgeview have been out for weeks. The lockers in the mens locker room are falling apart. It is rare that at least two showers are not functioning. And those that are typically are missing benches or work poorly. There is other damage throughout the mens locker room.
Bathrooms out of order, temperature way off in the group x room- it just feels like a lot of things and equipment are in disrepair
The equipment has not been updated and many of the machines either do not work or are not working properly. The carpet is warm out and the wall around the track is in bad shape. The facility is clean but I it has not been updated.
The personnel are always friendly and helpful.

My local Genesis club is a good place for adults to work out without concerns regarding cleanliness, overcrowding, rude patrons, or patrons with poor gym etiquette. The laundry service is great and the staff are friendly.
You have a great team of employ's at this location ,all so the gym is clean and well laid out
The locker room and showers are dirty and in need of maintenance.
I love the fitness classes and instructors at Genesis Racquet Club, however the monthly fee is excessive compared to what others are paying for the same services at Genesis. it seems like I need to cancel and come back at a later time to get a better monthly rate rather than rewarding longterm customers such as myself.
Broken equipment and plumbing. Bathrooms filthy.
I have not been in since it was completely done. Two weeks ago when I was there the barre room was right in the entry and did not have window coverings which would make it very distracting. Are they planning on covering the windows? It would make for a better workout with no distractions from people coming in an out. I am waiting to see how the classes will be too. The barre classes at Westroads are awesome so I am hoping some of the instructors come to 84th?! I am looking forward to coming back to my home gym as I have been a member at 84th for many years.
Constant maintatnce issues that take weeks to fix, showers are filthy and half the soap dispensers do not work, one shower does not drain well and floods so I'm standing in shower water
First off, kudos for improving the towel situation. This facility is doing a good job of having towels available, something that was a problem a few months ago. The shower room continues to have lots of issues. Many stalls malfunction, whether it's no shower head or heads that have extremely hot water leaking (or pouring) out of them. I usually go around and try to shut off ones that are running. I can reduce the flow on some but many are in need of repair. (Yeah, it's hot when you're reaching in there :) ). (Also, since there are fewer working stalls the soap containers empty faster too.) It seems like a considerable amount of waste must be occurring with these shower heads being so faulty. I think fixing these would reduce your energy costs considerably. Thanks for asking, but more importantly, thanks for acting on the feedback you receive.
