The towel service is hit or miss. Sometimes there are not any and sometimes there are. I have used several that look like they were used on the equipment at some point, if that is the case, those should be separate. Also, can someone please power wash or clean the shower stalls? The same hair and whatever else has been in the stall for a good month.
Also, bring back the cleaning wipes. More people were actually cleaning the equipment when those were available. Now, I don't see anyone wiping down.
Attention to detail is key.

The mens locker room is a disaster. The flooring is bad, the lockers are broken, the steam room never works, the showers are never clean, the towels are old and stained there is no air circulation
Offer a couple more group classes around 9:00 am.
I miss the cleaning wipes. The paper towels are empty often. There are a lot more rules now around the pool. Please stop playing aqua man in the cardio cinemaI’ve seen it like 10x at this point, all unwillingly, and it gets worse every time.
The indoor spin bikes are available for use any time a group class isn't in session!
Cleaning
There is a male trainer that stares at the females while they workout. I personally had to say something to him for constantly staring at my girlfriend he's a creep with short brown hair who trains in the back of the gym. Other than that and the shortage on towels all the time the gym is ok.
Easy access. Friendly staff. Quite a bit of equipment.
Vaccuum the pools
The gym on Hickman is really starting to get run down. Some new inflated basketballs would help. More towels and cleaning bottles. In other gym, almost all people clean after using equipment, but that does not happen at this location. Love the gym and people, but badly needs new equipment and upgrades. Mens locker room is bad. Plumbing is bad:(
Need more stretching classes...especially after the group power and cycle classes.
Need more fans in the cycle room...hot in there and more in the group class room.
It would be nice if people would use gym etiquette. Stop hogging the equipment while on your phone. Put weights back when they are done with them.
Need more spray bottles in the cycle room.
It would be nice if barre and pilates classes could be added to the schedule.
24 hours during the week, clean, and nice weights/squat racks, and turf area. And we got new free weights last year or so!
Professional members. Not a lurker gym
Premises are kept clean and equipment down time is minimal. Staff is helpful.Would like to see some hours a bit later, but understand the issues.
Cleanliness and amount & variety of equipment. The new locker room is spacious and no need to bring my own lock.

I have been the member more than 10 years.
But was not coming due to covid-19 scare.
I am a old person.But my husband is getting training from them by zoom
There are numerous pieces of equipment that are in need of repair the facility in general seems to be dirtier than it has in the past. The facilities also seem to be in need of repair at the Hickman location. My membership rate is fairly low or else I would likely look elsewhere.
I love my trainer Christin Orsini. She is so good at accommodating older clients & personalizing thr exercises for me. I also like the friendliness of the staff at the front desk.
Parking lot is horrible, A/C rarely works and equipment is constantly needing repair. It's obvious that ownership doesn't want to spend any money updating and refreshing the place.

More classes at 6:00 7:00 or 8:00 pm.
All in all I feel that is is a great facility(s), sometimes it feels like leaking shower heads and such go a long time before being repaired and many of those times it is as simple as unscrewing, applying thread tape and rethreading the head, but it will be like that for weeks.

Lots of available equipment & many classes. Trainers are around if needed. I think it’s great you have kid programs in the summer.

Nice facility, friendly staff. But I miss the Nautilus weight machines.
