I enjoy the location and layout of equipment, the different areas where you can have your own space to work out. Cleanness and the workers are always super nice !
Lot of the machines are broken and don't work. You need to order more big exercise balls. There is usually only one in the whole gym. Please add more machines for abs and also add classes that focus the abs. One last suggestion would be for the gym located on (6700 W 110th St, Overland ParkKS, 66211) The glass on the building on the west side where all the cardio equipment is, there needs to be something put on the glass to come down when the sun is shining. It makes it unpleasant to work out when the sun is shining in your eyes.
All equipments are worn out. The facility could use an upgrade
I like the welcoming atmosphere from the staff and overall cleanliness of the facility. They work hard to keep everything clean and it is appreciated by all who go there.
Too many broken machines, No enough staff. Bathrooms are always dirty. Hours on weekends are too tight.

Unfortunately I live in a market where the options are limited therefore I’m compelled to do business with you but not a company (because I’ve been to other locations that are worse so the entire company needs restructuring) I’d recommend
It's really about the basics right now: keeping equipment maintained, fixing broken lockers, AC at an acceptable temperature, massage availability at the spa...
Bring back Body Pump. The other class is not the same.
The rates are reasonable and the facility meets my needs. The front desk personnel are friendly.
The 77th and Cass facility used to be very clean. The carpet hasn't been vacuumed since the flooding from the ceiling last spring. The locker room floor is mopped every day but the entrance from the garage is disgusting. A used diaper lay for a week and it's generally dirty!!! In one day two people I had never seen before said they normally use the one at Westroads because the Cass facility is so dirty!!! I haven't seen the hot tub closed for cleaning as usual on Wednesdays. Does that mean it is no longer cleaned?? I almost hate to ask.
I have used this for at least 12 years and was very pleased when Genesis took over. You need a good professional carpet cleaning and a general review of maintenance procedure. I don't want to go elsewhere.
Love the spacious workout area and the outdoor sun tanning area.

Locker rooms are aging and need updated. Sinks, sauna, steam room hot tub. Also the swim suit ring out machine has been mia for months.

I love the location as well as the hours. I have a wonderful trainer (Dallas) who always goes above and beyond for me and my fitness goals. When I fall off the wagon he and the friends I’ve made push me to get back on track. The atmosphere is infectious. Wonderful way to start my day.
Its close, clean, nice people, good equipment, and isn't over-crowded.
The environment is "spa like". Many activities to exercise to. Hot tub, pools, bar etc.
I feel like I'm at a resort.
Think it's great all the different levels of classes from young to the aged.

The gym workout space is much cleaner that it was a few years ago. I'm glad to see the problems in the showers being addressed. The lack of drainage and the mold on the shower curtains was concerning. Hopefully, things are slowly getting better.
Steam room, showers don't work.
Pieces of equipment don't work upstairs in midtown like they should.
Locker areas and workout areas are not cleaned properly if at all.
Locks on lockers often break and help is needed to unlock and retrieve items.
When questions arise as to fixing something, the standard response - which is now a joke among many patrons - "we are waiting on corporate to approve (insert concern.)
Its apparent corporate is cheap because much of the old Sky Fitness signage still exists, from advertisin on walls to the stickers in the bathroom's.
Een though Covid still exists, there is no effort to remind patrons to wipe down after use.
Water fountains are often grimy.
Air conditioning upstairs is not always comfortable upstairs and workout area is often musty and too hot.
Carpet needs replaced and looks shoddy.
Members of staff can be rude or nonplussed by concerns of patrons.
Honestly, it is how quick and easy it is to arrive, jump in for a lap swim, shower, and be back to work in no time. The facility is also very clean and I love the functional fitness section. Please don't do anything with it!
This location has been under construction for a period of time. For now, it’s a 0 recommendation. Once it’s open and has no construction, I will most likely rate it higher.

I don't do swim classes but I would like a good time to swim
No complaints with the facility however class consistency has been a repeated issue. When asking for some form of compensation due to showing up for class on multiple occasions and the class being non staffed there has been no follow-up. The classes were previously on a waitlist but have dwindled due to other gym members commenting on the same irregularities. The different courses were a major selling point of the gym.
