The programs seems to work well. I have noticed a few glitches, but I have only had to contact Raintree representatives a few times, but both issues were handled quickly. Both Reps were polite and professional.

Their implementation team was amazing and helped us through the process. It was still a TON of work but they were available for and responsive to our questions.
Raintree keeps up-to-date on all the new stuff.
Pros: Providers love it! Documentation is great! Raintree is probably easiest for the providers. Billers love that you can make specific rules for specific payors and financial classes. This automates so much! To be honest, our revenue has increased since using Raintree. I believe we were leaving units on the table because we were coding EVERY CLAIM by the Medicare 8 minute rule instead of using AMA guidelines for commercial carriers. Raintree figures all of that out for us and we’ve seen a difference.
Cons: The ledger is very comprehensive and very complicated. The billers have struggled to feel “at home” in the ledger. Front Desk people like it but it puts a lot of pressure on them to get everything entered correctly. If not…the therapist can’t even open the note. This is actually a good thing because Raintree is making sure we have all of the information we need. There is a learning curve but it is totally worth it.

I really like the friendly timely responsive staff. Raintree has some functionality issues but the people are so friendly and quick to response that it helps with the issues..

Nice, polite staff. Software is software and comes with its own issues. While the formatting is frustrating and the data loss was annoying, mutli-functional software is difficult. It helps that the staff are so capable of helping the user.
We like the use of the cases if we have any issues we can submit issue at anytime.
