I love the Raintree support team. They are always helpful and responsive and a real pleasure to work with. Raintree has some interesting challenges but the support team always help me understand. I have worked in healthcare for 30 years and worked many systems and i have to say Raintree support team is by far superior in customer support.

I like Raintree and the support staff are amazing. My only complaint is that it moves so slow. I have had my computer updated and it still takes awhile between functions. Also I think it would be very beneficial if there was some sort of training for managers regarding daily use and system functions.The help tools are nice but it would be so great to have a training day actually using the system. Every time i call for help i learn something else that would have been great to be taught rather than stumble accross.
Prompt Customer service. I called and they had an installation file and config ready to go in minutes for me.
