I am a big RT fan. I feel that it is a very robust system that is truly capable of anything. Recently I've been working with Teresa English and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She is kind, smart and hard working. You have a real gem with Teresa.

I like the Raintree Live webinars. It's great that you can ask questions and get an immediate answer. It really makes me feel like everyone at Raintree wants to make sure the customers get the most out of Raintree as possible.

I like that it feels like a small, home-owned business where we get to know everyone's name, we speak to a real person any time we call for help, and you are quick to respond to our inquiries. I also love that we have access to your engineers, and you are so flexible to design whatever it is that we need in order to operate effectively. The User Conference is another huge plus, and makes us feel like our needs and opinions matter. Thank you!
