What do you like about our company and representatives?

The company representatives have been VERY supportive and helpful at every level. They provide us with a method of communication that enables us to receive rapid assistance on an "emergency" basis, to express an issue that can be addressed without urgency, and every status in between. It also provides us immediate feedback on an issue so that we know it is being addressed. I have been extremely pleased at their response time for all issues, from major emergency to minor and routine. Everyone has been patient with us as we learn. We have been using the Raintree system for several years, and have found it to be extremely versatile yet stable, as well as logical and intuitive for documentation and scheduling.

Raintree Systems has been the best Billing and Therapy software we have ever had!!

We are a Unique facility with many programs other than our outpatient therapy services , so we had to have custom type set ups. Our Customer Service person (Brendan) was Great and went out of his way to understand our needs.

We have been with Raintree since 2013 and I personally as the Billing Supervisor love the software and Customer Service Staff that helps me when I don't understand those Smart Engineers :)

Raintree is an excellent product evolved over many years, as we have been users of Raintree from 1993. It has room to improve in current technological times and going forward, to become ubiquitous in the Cloud space to be able to operate regardless of the users' OS.

I especially like the representatives friendly helpful attitudes. I get through quickly when i call in and love that i can shadow the reps or they can shadow me so i can learn how they fix things for better understanding of raintree.
