Based on what repairs I requested be completed on my RV it was apparent to me that Trevor was very honest with me with what repairs General RV will do and what minor repairs would be best for me to do myself. Trevor and General RV could have easily taken advantage of me and charged me top dollar to do a simple 10 minute repair that I did myself.

Overall Trevor and General RV did a great job repairing my camper and I greatly appreciate their honest service. Unfortunately honest businesses and people can be difficult to find. General RV has won me over as a customer for life. Thank you Trevor and General RV.

Jennifer, in Service, did everything possible to make this Warranty work easy for my wife and me. We have to travel from 2-hours to get to Ashland and Jennifer clearly did everything to help us.

Our sales person Gary was great but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the new RV when we picked it up. The outside needed to be washed and the inside vacuumed and wiped out. On a brand new RV this shouldn’t happen.

Bradley was very helpful and actually had to change an order for me. I’m very happy with the service I received.

Steve my salesman and Dan Saxey were great to work with! However I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the interior of my unit upon taking delivery. Floors and surfaces were dusty and floors had dirt on them and bathroom smelled like urine. Overall 8/10 experience!

I’ve been going to General RV for 22 years I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Iam for Michigan and moved to Florida 2.5 years ago . I got to know everybody at the General RV in Mich . They were like family to me . I mainly went to the one in MT. Clemens ,Mich .

You need patience for the long waits sometime because it is RV season but, he always gets me what I needed done.
