My service advisor Mattie was awesome, she kept me updated throughout the whole entire process. The fiberglass repair they did on the front cap was amazing, looked just like it did when I bought it . Everyone in the building seemed so friendly and welcoming, I will defiantly return. Thanks General RV.

The staff is friendly and they have lots of inventory in stock and a quick return if you had to order. The process from purchase to pick up was smooth and easy.

Great customer service, this was after I spoke to a manager and ended up changing our salesperson from Kennadi to Audra. Audra and Darrick went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Aaron Pease was a great help in getting us all set up with everything we needed from the store also.
