Your salesperson listened to us and showed us what we wanted, not what he thought he could sell us. H e checked to make sure our tow vehicle was large enough for the rv. The inspection was done inside (it was raining outside). They helped hook up the trailer and made sure it was done right..

The service department for the Birch run location is one of the best around!! The employees are so prompt and kind. They deal with so much and yet they still have a smiling face to greet you. Keep up the great work, I can tell you have made several improvements in service over the years. I will also mention, the facility always looks so clean and inviting. Real family feel. What do you like about our company?

I had a good experience buying my RV from General. So far the service dept has been great. A little rough working out the kinks when the unit was new a few years back but not terrible. Travis took good care of me this time around even though I only needed a valve stem.
