Very friendly and helpful.

The sales and service department’s were very courteous and listen to my concerns on issues that were found on the new travel trailer I purchased and ordered the parts necessary for the repairs! So far I’m very impressed with the quality of the service I’ve reserved! If the quality of service continues in this manner I’ll be back to upgrade to another RV in a few years!

Amazing experience at THIS location! We came all the way from NC for a particular camper. Our sales person was Yvonne and she is simply amazing! She went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel confident in our long distance purchase! She took pictures, videos and even measurements of the camper that we wanted. Big Thank you to you! You're very special asset to this place and something rare that doesn't exist in society as a human being!

We had very bad experience (3 years ago ) with your Jacksonville FL location , when we purchased a brand new unit only to discover 3 weeks later that it had black mold , that was never discovered on inspection.

Highly recommend this location, not Because of the brand but because of the people that work there! They have big hearts , compassion and desire to be helpful!

Low pressure sales crew and massive inventory. Brad, Dennis, Phyllis and Joe got me in and out quickly with a great deal!

They were able to find an RV that fit our needs during a period of shortage. We have dealt with the service department twice and our representative, Toby Gilliam, has been very helpful and clear on what can’t be done and what can be done with specific time frames. We appreciate his knowledge and attention to detail.
