Super, super easy to work with. I had great communication with Kimberly Bobola and Christopher Coleman. Angelica, in the finance office at the dealership, was super helpful and made that portion of the deal pleasant. Joey, I believe is her name, a blonde female in the front of the showroom, kept checking on us everytime she saw us wandering, which was a lot (lol), to see if we needed anything. She had us reimbursed for one meal while we were here on the first day. That was a very pleasant surprise and, to me, says he dealership displays efficacy and care about us as people, not just money bags. Scott, in the service department was also great. I have a shower floor issue that will require 5-7 hours to repair. He assessed the issue and did his best to complete a scope of work and submit it to the manufacturer to have it fixed before we left but we had a delay at the manufacturer level. I would say the aspect I liked the best is the dealership installed some 50 amp plugs in the parking lot which allowed us to remain here for two nights while we got comfortable with everything and gained confidence in the equipment before we go back home...two states away! I didn't feel rushed and it was a great experience over all.

A dealership that is truly willing to go over and above to make sure that their customers are happy. I’ve never seen a team that works so well together to get the job done. This is my first new camper purchase as far as I’m concerned they were over the top Tim The sales manager and Kevin the salesman were incredible. Leigh That did our walk through of our new trailer was incredible. this young lady really knows her stuff. Which brings us to the last part of our journey to finance office… Not usually one of my favorite places but John did such a fantastic job and far superseded my expectations. I will definitely be back on this time to upgrade to a bigger trailer. Wish there was a way I could say thank you in 1 million other ways but guys I really appreciate it. Doug and Beth Lehner

Mike, Britney and Joey were outstanding. Customer service was top notch. We came in for a blown fuse and Mike took care of it immediately and was so outstanding we decided to look at campers for our next purchase. Britney took the time to show us exactly what we were looking for and walked us thru it all. Joey also did a great job with the financial and paperwork process. Kept us up to date with the process while we waited for the camper to arrive.

Carol knew what I was talking about (it’s a rare crank handle) and was able to get one ordered very quickly.

Lots of choices

I liked having a large selection of RVs and trailers to look at and choose what most fit our needs. Also, our salesman was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

The place was very well organized my work was done right , I had our camper repainted and it looks great. Shawn Robey was our service manager he was the best manager I’ve ever worked with keep us informed on the progress of our camper and the price was fair for the work that was done. I would take our camper back again even though we live 200 hundred miles from General RV.
