Knowledgable staff, large inventory
Sales. & sales mgr were no nonsense, which is a huge bonus. I knew exactly what i wanted & the fair price range I wanted it in, and they were able to make it happen. Perfect! Thank you! We even got pizza while waiting for finance. (Which is important bc my boyfriend has war time PTSD from time served in the Army, & being hungry aggravates it, so getting food made everyone's time better!) Finance did right by us with a great interest rate, he was also no nonsense- I did have to resign the purchas agreement 2 additional times due to mistakes on his part, but that's really not a big deal, & i ended up with a better rate overall because of it. So no argument here. The walk through was through and educational.
My biggest concern was service.... I had to get the Bluetooth breaks instead of the manual breaks (that I wanted) because the service department said my Jeep didn't have the correct plug for the wiring harness. He said he had to watch YouTube videos to figure it out & took my Jeep completely a part. He said that I didn't have the plug for the wiring harness (even though I knew I had the tow package on my Jeep & disagreed with him) He said that it would cost me thousands of dollars for him to wire it correctly. So, I, reluctantly, took the Blue tooth break option, even though I really wanted the manual break option. I came back home (3hrs away) & went to my Jeep guy who physically showed me the wiring harness plug, taped up right where is was supposed to be. That was my most frustrating part. Not the end of the world, but still frustrating. Overall, I'm giving it a 9 because service didn't know what they were doing, and I didn't get the breaking system i wanted...& it could have cost me thousands. It's too late now to fix because I live too far away, &, honestly, I don't want them working on my Jeep again. I do ove the camper, &, other than the break issue, I was happy with the buying process.
Jason went over and above my expectations! In addition, his experience with cars and trucks are an incredible asset. He showed me how to program several things on my car. Which I’ve been driving for two years and didn’t know these features existed. You’re lucky to have Jason don’t let him get away!

General RV in Salt Lake know how to treat it’s customers. The ones in Michigan are more concerned with sales. Perhaps the GRV in Michigan should focus on treating their customers like clients so they will want to return instead of just wanting to take their money!!!
