They are responsive to my needs and go the extra mile to make things. I have been impressed by the quality of the service and their professionalism.

I was told I was under warranty, that major issues would be addressed. A service person would come to my location and address them. I WAS ASSURED of this. In one day, a service person, Adam, said they could be out the beginning of June. Now Tonya, in scheduling calls back and advises me they don't send service people out, not at General RV, I have to bring it in. I do not want this RV or the sub-standard business practices to which it is associated. I expect my full refund, deposit and full refund back.

Parts has been lees than supportive. Waiting almost a year for 2 parts. Not a supply chain issue, they forgot.

We like our previous sales person Alyssa . She still helps out even though she was on maternity leave when we bought our 2nd camping unit. She took time last Saturday to have service answer questions we had in our hitch while we were waiting for our 5th wheel to be serviced. She’s a great sales person and always has time for past customers.
