While I find all RV centers a bit sketchy because the devaluation of the RV once it is purchased, I liked the business manager and the general manager who were very helpful with the original purchase.

Was my first visit to the service department. Very satisfied with the overall inspection done on camper, along with any issue that needed to be addressed at that time. Overall wait wasn’t to long to diagnose my original reason for the visit to General RV.
Quality customer care. They did whatever was need to make a problem right.
Even though this dealership is very busy, everyone, from the service advisor (Jillian), to the technician (Larry) takes the time to explain what work was done and they answer any and all questions that I have. The only issue I have is the wait time for the RV. I understand it is a staffing issue, which General RV needs to address. Other than the staffing issue, I am very pleased with this dealership.
Everything is going very smoothy. Have not taken delivery yet.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, from sales to finance dept. My husband and I came over for our orientation and the young man explained everything to us. A beautiful store with everything you could wish for. We are first time campers and excited to hit the open road!!
