Brian mutillo in sales was amazing! This is the first dealer I went to who wasn't pushy and trying to sell me things I didn't want or need!
Rachel (Goldstein, I believe) was super friendly and helpful when I arrived for my walk through.

The guys who did my walk through and hitch demo (Cristian and Ryan if I remember correctly) well knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job helping me get acquainted with my new travel trailer!

Even in the finance office (which can be a stressful place) I felt comfortable and even had a lower payment than I originally expected!

From start to finish everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After visiting multiple dealers over the past few months, dealing with general rv and its staff was a breath of fresh air!

Our first RV purchase was through GRV. Was treated fair. Current RV purchased elsewhere due to unavailability at this location but they are willing to do service work.

My partner Matt and I had an amazing experience! Our Salesman, Rob K, was great, anything he didn't have an answer to he reached out to a colleague and got the answer. On the day of pickup we were welcomed at the front desk. The receptionist knew exactly why we were there when we gave our name and she immediately found Joey who greeted us and found David who would do our walkthrough. While we waited no more than 2 minutes for David to arrive, Rob saw that we were there and came right over and greeted us.

A few days prior to arrival we had sent over a checklist of "things to check" that we found on the Revel RV forum to Rob and asked that he have someone verify the list because we would be look for these items in addition to the overall condition of the RV. We would be flying in from Baltimore to pick up the RV and this wold be the first time we would see the RV we would purchase. This was no problem for Rob or David.

David did an excellent job of reviewing our list and demoing the van. Everything went smoothly. Rob was readily available to go on a test drive w/ us.

Pam in finance was a genuine pleasure. We each shared stories of common interest and there were no high pressure sales tactics.

We would definitely buy from N. Canton General RV again.

I personally was happy with the crew that showed us everything we needed to know about the new trailer. An the tech team that got right on the extra add on's we had bought the day of pick up. Would definitely recommend for someone looking towards a new trailer.
