My experience with the staff has been first rate. Sales with “Doc” Holiday was excellent. It’s been three years since I purchased our RV and he remembers us and is genuinely glad to see us. Our service rep, Nikki, is always helpful and efficient. She is clearly interested in getting us appropriate and timely service.

They took the time to educate me about travel trailers during the sales process. At no time did I feel pressured to buy. No "what can I do to put you in the trailer today" statements. Sales, service and finance staff were very professional and personable. Their approach was very much appreciated.
Parts department has done a very good job in getting the parts that I have needed.
I’ve only worked with the service department but everyone is very nice. Also once when I had a flood in the RV right before heading out on a trip, they got me in right away to repair the valve that had broken. The waiting area is very nice and they have a good selection of items to purchase for the RV.
