We must have spent 30+ minutes looking at strides, foot scan, various shoes and arch support. I am so impressed that I’m going to go back for my own consultation.
Ken greeted me immediately upon entering Fleet Feet, helped me measure my feet, listened to my tales of foot problems and how other shoes may have been hurting my feet. He got three pairs of shoes for me to try on. Two pairs were the same shoe, just in different widths. He was patient as I tried on and walked around the store in different shoes. When I finally selected a pair, I asked if I should just wear them around the house for a few days to try them out. He said I should get out and wear them as I planned to wear them. I have 60 days to return them, no matter how dirty they may have become, should I feel they are not for me. I've worn them the past two days and love them.
