Customer service was top notch! As soon as we stepped through the door we were greeted properly and helped by amazing associates. We went to get my girlfriend some sneakers and she was extremely happy with her shoes. We'll definitely be back to get myself fitted for some shoes!

I was greeted by a friendly employee Jeff who welcomed me to Fleet Feet. After finishing a sale from another customer, he quickly approached me and asked how he could help me. I replied that I knew a couple friends who were wearing a HOKA Bondi shoe for walking while playing golf. I mentioned I had been suffering from plantar fasciitis and needed a shoe with good arch support. We went through the feet measuring and pressure scans and he showed and explained the results in detail. Jeff got a pair of HOKA Bondi 7 shoes which I put on and walked some in. He then got a pair of special insoles and inserted them. I walked around the store, felt the additional support and asked if the shoe was available in other colors. He brought 2 more colors from stock, discussed the shoe and insole cost, trimmed the insoles to proper sizing and we consummated the sale. Overall, just a wonderful experience!
