Even with the store being busy, I was immediately greeted by a friendly associate. The wait was not long and I was helped by a nice young gentleman who asked great questions about what I was looking for in a shoe and what problems I was experiencing in my current shoe (not purchased from fleet feet). I did a foot scan and it was interesting hearing my results and figuring out why I may be experiencing certain issues while running. He brought out multiple options and made sure I was 100% happy. I purchased a great pair of shoes and inserts that have made my running more comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

I recently went to the Short Pump location in Richmond VA for a proper fitting before purchasing some walking shoes. I was assisted by a very thorough and professional associate named Joe, who made certain my shoes fit just right, and that I had the extra gear to make them easy to wear. I left in some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. Very positive experience!
The staff was amazing, from the moment you arrive you feel welcome. They knew their products and made sure you were fit correctly. They also have a generous return policy. I will never go anywhere else for my athletic shoes. You don't have to be a runner or athlete to get a great fitting pair of shoes.
What I liked on my first visit to Fleet was friendly atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive. The process of finding the right shoe for my feet was explained step by step. All my questions were answered. And most of all, the cost was affordable.
The entire concept of thought and detail in the stores, the salesforce, and having the product available that they are walked in for the first time.

Haley was awesome, she explained everything in detail and wasn't forcing a sale down our throats. Even though we were there just to buy inserts per Dr.'s order, we did walk out of there buying everything she suggested to my boyfriend that he needed for his plantar fasciitis
