The person helping us main interest was getting to know my son and check his feet and find out how runs, etc. before showing him any shoes. He was very nice knowledgeable about the shoes that were best for his feet instilling confidence in us that he selected the right shoes. This is the 2nd pair I have purchased from Fleet Feet- very satisfied!
