I’d been having some foot pains and searched around for decent sneakers. I ended up at Fleet Feet and honestly couldn’t be more impressed with my experience. The sales associate, Anthony, spent a solid 20-30 minutes working with me. He did the foot and walking assessments then provided a handful of options to try after getting my thoughts on colors/brands/etc. Anthony was super personable and took care of while also helping out other customers. His coworker, Ben, was also helping out a customer with the same attention so clearly there’s something working really well with the customer service. Anthony got my hooked up with a sweet pair of New Balances with some insoles and I couldn’t be happier. I’d never been in a Fleet Feet previously but I’d absolutely recommend this store to anyone I know.

I absolutely loved my experience with fitting my shoes to my needs. Your footwear specialist took measurements of my feet, discussed the information and told me how it was useful to identify the best shoes for my needs. He took his time and brought me 5 pairs to try on and consider. I felt confident I was in good hands. I ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes, and I look forward to continuing to be active without having painful feet! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and products!
