Love the Brooks that I purchased. They felt great at your store and wearing them around the house to break in, however when I went out for my walking routine, they are bothering me on my right foot midway. There is a bone there that seems to jut out a little further on that foot so I am wondering if I need a slightly wider shoe because of it. The left shoe feels great. Other than that, I loved my experience with you and the shoes

I like that you offered neutral shoe options. The gentleman that helped me was very kind, he listened to me explain my current issues with my feet, and what I was looking for, took an assessment of my feet, and went over the results with me. He then brought out several pairs of shoes, put them on me, and let me walk around the store. I really appreciate the time and attention I received, as I was able to pick out a pair of shoes that felt great.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Ford, the young man who help me last week. He is a very professional and mild-mannered gentlemen, who was very thorough in his examination of my gait and attentive to my preference of shoes. Congratulations on graduating from St. Christopher's, and good luck in your collegiate racing career. Keep up the good work, and read Adam Smith's "Theory on Moral Sentiments;" in his view, a society of tempered, sober-minded individuals is the only environment in which a free market enterprise can endure.

I like the personal service and ability to identify your issues so that you get fitted with the best options for yourself. My only negative feedback is with your internet connection. Two different days we were at your store and there were problems with your internet connections. Some of the services, such as walking across the pad, were unavailable. So actually being able to check gait, pressure points, and foot positions were unavailable. I was very disappointed my husband could not utilize this. Your internet service needs to be better!
