I am so impressed by this establishment. My daughter has wide feet and it is difficult to find shoes for her. She is also Autistic and has difficulty putting thoughts into words or providing feedback on the "fit" of a shoe. The gentleman that assisted us was patient and kind. He talked to HER and not through me as most people do when they figure out she has difficulty expressing specific needs or wants. Thank you for helping us find the perfect, comfortable shoe for her!

Wide range of products, knowledgeable associates
I appreciate the one on one service. Proper shoe fitting seems to be a thing of the past. Often you are left to find what you can on the shelf. Fleet feet takes the time to understand my foot and match it with the best shoe.

The sales associate listened to my needs for a running shoe based on the type of running I do and some of the issues I have encountered in the past with running shoes. Based on the output from the analytical tools utilized by Fleet Feet, she was able to provide me with several shoe options that would meet my needs. I was able to choose the right shoe for me and to this point, I have been very pleased with the difference it has made.

Great customer service and they make sure that the customer has options to choose from. Some people only choose products because they know the name or because that brand is the best. Well that brand name might be wrong for you. I learned with running shoes that is not right. Everyone has different feet types. What works for your partner or friend probably won't work for you. Getting fitted for running shoes is the best thing I have done. My feet thank me already.

I went to Fleet Feet for the first time yesterday. Harrison was immediately helpful and guided me to a great pair of shoes for my feet. I’d never worn Karhu’s before, but I threw them on as soon as I got home, and am already back in them this morning. Great personnel; great product.

Everyone is really nice and very knowledgeable. They want to find the best shoe for you and don’t rush your decision. The shoes they carry are the best of the respective brands. I won’t buy tennis shoes anywhere else.
