Quick, offered options and knew answers to all my questions. I would have liked the option to buy last year's model, so that was a disappointment. I am not an enthusiastic runner. Your store caters to those who really love to run or want the top line shoes. Would be nice if you offered another option to the rest of us, giving us options for different price points. While I enjoyed my experience, I am not sure I will return for a second pair of shoes as I only have one option- newest model and most expensive.

Joe in your Richmond Virginia store was really great. I learned so much that I didn’t know about my feet and where I put pressure while I walk. He was very patient and answered all my questions and then had me try on some shoes that he knew would fit just right. I also learned from him the importance of insoles. I’ve been trying the shoes this week and they feel great and I’m sure they will make a big impact on reducing fatigue and pain in my legs throughout my workday.
