I like the personalized service and the fact that I am welcomed every time I walk in the store. I feel like a valued customer. Your staff is both professional and personable and they seem to know what they are talking about regarding running shoes, which is the main reason I come in. Ben was a big help when I was in the store last week. Your rewards program is a definite plus; keep it up! Lastly, I like the fact that you give back to the community through Shood.
The person helping me was fantastic! He was amazingly helpful to find the shoes that would benefit me the most. He took his time, listened to my questions and concerns and really gave all of his attention to what I was looking for in a running shoe. I trusted his opinion so much that I went ahead and bought a hiking shoe also.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff,
I liked the personal attention and the ability to really assess my footwear needs given that I am dealing with foot and ankle pain. I did have sticker shock as I know someone who shopped there and apparently got their footwear on sale. I don't think, tho, that the sales person tried to upsell me for which I was grateful.
Great customer service- complete attention. Anthony brought out many options for me to try on and he asked important questions before he chose which shoes to show me.
I bought a brand of shoe that I’ve never worn before. I assume that because it is carried at fleet feet i will be satisfied.
I like your friendly staff who is willing to help in a most positive way...either helping you with what you are wanting or making suggestions of something else that may work. I also like the merchandise that you have brought into the store. Many choices are there for the choosing You know, runners like to put their best foot forward as well as their clothing. The store is always neat and easy to see the total picture of a "runners' world". Now I have had to become a walker, but the feeling is still that of a runner. Wanting to have the best in foot wear as well as looking the part.
