The entire experience was very comprehensive, informational, and helpful. I found out my right foot is half a size larger than my left foot and I have high arches, so now I have shoes that will support that and fit right. I had such a great experience and loved the shoes so much, I even bought two pairs! I was a bit apprehensive but knowing I have 60 days to try them out in case I need a change is so helpful. The woman who helped me couldn't have been nicer and was clearly super knowledgeable about all the different types of shoes I tried on and what may work best for my feet. When I told her I was new to Richmond, she even told me about some great running routes and gave me info about running group options.

Jeff at broad street Richmond VA was very kind and helpful. First time my shoe was not in stock so I was told to order online but I didn’t know WHICH shoe, and was told I couldn’t use my rewards $ if the store ordered the shoe. I left fleet feet an email and called back to store frustrated. Jeff ordered my shoe and applied rewards when I picked them up yesterday. That’s what should happen. Love the shoes. Only ones my podiatrist recommends for my jogging.
This was my first time shopping at Fleet Feet and I did not expect the wonderful service and attention! It was a really cool experience to have my feet 3D analyzed to learn more about how I walk and what kind of shoes I need. Rachael assisted me and she was very helpful, informative, and patient throughout the process and I really appreciated her time and expertise. She answered all my questions and helped find me a pair of athletic shoes perfect for my needs. I really wore them for the first time today and I still love them. What a great investment and what fantastic service at Fleet Feet. Thank you all so much! I will not only return for my next needs but I will recommend to others!
