You had shoes that I liked and that felt comfortable. The staff was very helpful and did not seem rushed. I like the idea of return after wearing the shoes outside if they are not comfortable. I hope that too many do not take advantage of the offer.
Great customer service, our salesman gave a lot of attention to details to get my son just the right shoes and spikes- and it was busy and he managed to take care of another customer at the same tome but somehow we never felt like we were waiting. He was just on it! And he’s happy with the shoes, too!

quality products & knowledgeable staff
The service yesterday was not up to par with previous experience. The girl who fitted me didn't even notice the shoes were too small on my feet. She really gave off the impression it was a bother to help me and that a sale wasn't very important. I've already told my friend to go to you for shoes but just beware not all of the folks who work there are good.
Kind, thorough, expert advise. The technology which supports the staff's recs is very helpful.
