The customer service was excellent! I was only there for inserts for my low arches. But, for some reason the sales associate grabbed these super comfortable sandals off the wall for me to try on. No regrets, I bought them as house sleepers so I'm not walking around barefoot. Lol they must intuitively know what we need.
The whole shopping and buying experience was excellent. I spoke to Jason on the phone to prep for the visit to minimize time in the store , and he was terrific. Once in the store I was impressed by the team’s approach and attention to Covid-19 caution. Charlotte did the store’s ‘How We See Your Feet’ exam, and selected 3 shoe options. I quickly narrowed to two finalists. The winner is perfect!! I also left with 3 pair of awesome socks and a leg muscle tool, too. Overall, once again Fleet Feet proved that their service is a priority—very much appreciated!

Information these days is a commodity. It's not hard to do your research about shoes and buy a pair at the lowest possible price online. But how do you know it's actually the best shoe and fit for you? What sets Fleet Feet apart is their excellent customer service and their in-house technology that scans and analyzes the shape, size, and steps you take over time. Their team understands how to take that information, explain it in layman's terms, and get you into the best possible shoe for you and the kinds of workouts you do.
Even if you're not interested in going through the full scan/review, they also know how the latest brands/shoes have updated from season to season - if you were a size 9 last year, you may be a 9.5 this year if they've adjusted the shoe length (which happened in my case). So still worth a visit to the store to make sure your fave brand hasn't made a change like that.
The people at Fleet Feet are runners/enthusiasts themselves and genuinely care. I love supporting this small business.
I have been to the podiatrist and orthopedist about my foot concerns recently and the Fleet Feet staff spent more time with me and helped me find comfortable shoes . I'm not young and am not a runner - they have solutions for older people who love to walk.
