This was the best customer service I have ever received when buying a pair of running shoes. Amber and Kerri did a great job providing me with information about many different shoes and made recommendations that were very helpful with making a decision. I had to return my initial purchase but that process was very easy. Amber and Kerri were thorough, patient, and also very knowledgeable about different running shoes as well as how to properly fit shoes to different feet. I will definitely recommend Fleet Feet to friends and family.

I liked the very helpful, personal attention for my first visit. Joe not only assisted me with puchasing my two (2) pairsvof shoes, but also let me know about the special the store had as well as the sale...so with my full price purchases i was able to recieve the discount on another purchase!! The shoes that i purchased are so comfortable & also more i.importantly decreasing the pains i was having in my feet!!!!

The entire staff is very welcoming and friendly. I am not a runner but I didn't feel like my needs were any less addressed because of it. Joe was very approachable for questions and extremely knowledgeable about Fleet Feet's products and the foot mapping process. We were so satisfied with our experience with actually went to check out the 2nd location the next day.
