The Best!!!
The people. Everyone involved in our purchase was wonderful.
Very friendly and great service!
It was extremely hard to get someone from the service department on the phone to see if my trailer was ready. Even the woman who answered at the front desk couldn’t get someone. It took two hours and eventually she had someone cover her phone and walked down the hall to get someone to call me back. Frustrating to say the least.
Service department was very good in coordinating the repairs for my RV. Louis was very helpful with follow up on my RV repair project with Keystone.
Absolutely terrible service in the service department bought my camper down almost 2 weeks ago to have things fixed that we’re broke when I bought still has yet to be fixed and it been in your possession for 2 weeks
Had my 5th wheel in for repairs for a tire blow out. Randy Robb was service manager. I was given a quote for repairs to the exterior wheel well and interior floor. We were told the repairs would require the slide out to be removed to to repair the floor. The plywood had been pushed up and had a visible hump on the linoleum. Prior to dropping it off, my wife and I completely removed all of contents in the cabinets and refrigerator from the slide out. The camper was there for 2 months and parts finally came in. When I went to pick it up, the interior floor had not been touched. Randy Robb and the tech that worked on it (Randy) came out and looked at it. The tech tried to tell me it wasn't a big deal because the slide out didn't ride on the floor. I insisted it needed to to be fixed and tech said he could fix the floor without removing the slide out. We paid $4,296.00 in labor and the slide out was not removed. I brought it home as we had a camping trip planned for the 4th of July weekend. Randy asked me to send him available dates we could bring it back to complete the repairs. I sent him dates in a e-mail and asked for some kind of compensation for having to bring it back. I am dropping it off on July 30th on our way home from a camping trip and will have to unload the refrigerator in the parking lot. There was no offer of any compensation. We use our camper a lot and live an hour from the Amsterdam. The repairs not being completed the first time is not acceptable. If I am not satisfied with the completed repairs, you will be hearing from me again! Mike Last name removed Phone number removed

I was treated with respect and had a great experience with the service dept at the Alpin Haus off exit 16 on the Northway in Saratoga . Thank you.
Defective 2023 camper sold to us; takes on water. Had to remove from seasonal site to bring back for repairs before we even made our first payment. We don’t even know if these repairs are the answer to the issue. Not convinced!
Had to manage our own claims with Forest River and Coachman who have also sent emails to Alpin Haus.
Still waiting for a response from Alpin Haus to arrange for a date in the Fall to repair water damage on a BRAND NEW CAMPER!!!!!!
everyone is very friendly and helpful , no pressure . makes buying an RV easy
The 2022 Forester Class C you sold me is excellent. The employees listen to me and are quickly responsive to my needs & wants. Repairs are conducted in a short time frame. Emails are always answered. A varied array of products are available. Questions are answered
I like Alpin Haus.
Many times we’ve brought our 5th wheel in for repairs, only to find that those repairs weren’t done properly or don’t last, once we get back on the road.
Recently had our roof replaced, and we didn’t find out til we were away camping, that the air conditioner didn’t get hooked back up. So, we had to tow to Alpin Haus, again, once we arrived home. We didn’t even get an apology.
We picked our camper up from storage at Alpin Haus, in the Spring and I discovered that the main door had not been shut tight, leaving it open to animals and water. Fortunately, we found no water or animals inside. Also, both of our batteries were drained, as the battery cut off was not disconnected. So far, our batteries are working.
It just seems that so many things are rushed through and not done thoroughly.
Charging me $1020.16 to install a set of rails for my 5th wheel. It only took 3 actual hours to do the install. I will only take my camper there for warranty work.
Great customer service. Competent service.
We brought in our Lance Travel Trailer for what we thought was an air conditioner problem. However, the service tech determined that the problem lied with our converter. This solved some mysterious electrical issues that we'd been having with the RV whenever we were hooked to shore power, including flickering lights and the overcharging of our two lithium iron phosphate batteries. We thought we needed a new charge controller, but all of the problems turned out to be connected with the converter. In addition, the service tech informed us that our old controller was not designed to charge lithium batteries. These findings saved us the money we were planning to spend on a charge controller and probably saved our batteries as well.
What do I like about the products and services? The professionalism. In addition, the fact that the employees enjoyed their work environment was obvious. It says a lot to me when a work environment is free from negativity and the employees like their jobs. I appreciate the diagnostic skills of the techs and the excellent treatment by the management and administrative staff. The repair shop was clean and well organized. While some RV repair shops have lower hourly rates, if they are not efficient and skilled, a one-hour job can turn into four. Alpin Haus techs are both skilled and efficient and did not "milk" our job. We thought the charged price was more than fair, and less than expected.
Good service
Heather (sales) and Seth (parts) were so very helpful!
They were in constant contact with us every step of the way.
We liked the large inventory and the way we were treated from the start.
I loved our experience buying walk through everything. Mike and Kyle were great to deal with. I went to another place and my experience was so much better at Alpin Haus. They are friendly and we’re more about my needs wants. I will enjoy my new camper and if I want to buy another I will return to them.
