You had a camper I fell in love with. Everyone who we dealt with treated us well. Made the purchase experience so easy.
All the people that I have talked with have been very helpful and pleasant to work with.
Friendly & courtesy service. Always willing to help. The Grand Design product is the best.
The inventory is priced to purchase but what really makes this dealership better than most is the after the sale care the service department provides. Personally I had 2 vent fans break one in warranty the other just out. Dave went right to the manufacturer of the unit I purchased and the manufacturer agreed to provide me with both slightly upgraded fans and some labor to boot. I thought I might have to contact GD but this service department works hard for the customer especially if you provide the documentation and photos they're on it. I'm not saying that I got in and out the door with no fee but they do take care of their customers to the best of there ability.
Communication was terrible. Was double charged for a diagnosis that was never fixed. Waited a month for 3 minor repairs.
That Mike in service, he’s a hoot!
The repair work on our camper was done in an outstanding manner . looks as good as new.
I was assured that no repairs would be done to my rv without my consent if things were not covered under my warranty and I got a bill way higher than expected for services that I did not know would cost me anything. I would not recommend Alpin Haus again. I had been singing their praises before this happened, burn me once, you don’t get a second chance especially when money I had slotted for other bills was taken.
Process from start to finish went very smoothly. No pressure, answered any questions we had, since it was our first RV. Everyone was friendly, and very helpful. Love the model we chose, and looking forward to many great years ahead!
I had done a lot of research to find my next camper and I already knew what I wanted. When I searched the web for models in stock near me, Alpin Haus in Amsterdam was the closest. (Still a 110 mile ride). I called the store and explained that I wanted to look at a specific model and wanted to confirm it was there before I drove up. I quickly had someone on the phone who walked outside and verified there was one on the lot. After my drive up I was greeted by Charles, the salesman. I explained the situation and he brought me out to see the model I had researched. He showed me around it and then asked if I wanted to see similar layouts in other price ranges. I looked at about 8 more and I stayed with the one I originally chose. Charles was awesome and not pushy. He knew I had done research and was just there to help.
When it came to the financials, Jim was just as awesome. He handled almost all of the transaction via email and phone, and when we arrived to pickup our new camper, it took about 5 minutes of signing and we were done. No hidden changes, no crazy pressure for aftermarket stuff. Just hey thanks for choosing us and we hope you love your new camper. It was truly a pleasure to buy from them. I highly recommend
All the people that we talked to at the dealership were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We had done a lot of research and have heard from so many other people how their various dealerships were so difficult to deal with. We did not find that to be the case with AlpinHaus AT ALL! From our initial conversation to the trailer being delivered to our home, the process was easy, enjoyable, and I can't stress how helpful and nice these folks were to us.
We bought a new camper after several years with our trade in. We had some issues with the new trailer that turned out to be things we did not know how to do. They showed us what to do and we were on our way quickly.
They were so nice & friendly from sales , finance to service dept
Every person we've worked with has just been wonderful. C.J., our receptionist, just couldn't be friendlier. James, our salesman, listened well when we told him what we were looking for. We looked at 22 different trailers in our online search, yet James was able to show us a used camper on the Alpin Haus lot that turned out to be the perfect fit.
Don, our rv tech, has spent an incredible amount of time with us discussing parts, upgrades, and general camping experiences. How great to have a person who actually camps in this role!
John listened when we asked him to treat us as if we'd never camped before and spent nearly two hours on our walk-through! We've been camping for 17 years, yet took MANY notes.
Kyle has helped guide us through the financial steps and we can't wait to finalize things next Tuesday.
These five people have made the purchase of our camper exciting and memorable.
We appreciate the thoroughness of the service department in confirming the operation of all mechanics on our purchase and the comfort of an indoor walk-through experience on a stormy day.
We bought our first 5th wheel from Alpin Haus in 2006. Unfortunately, we followed another brand to Albany RV and will always regret it.
On July 11 we let the salesman know we definitely wanted the camper. After approvals and such we set a pick up date for 9 am on 7/20. We arrived at 8:45 AM will everything we needed to supply to trade in our camper and bring home the new one. Long story short we left at 2:30 PM with no camper. Everyone we spoke to was very but I had to make multiple calls that Friday to get any answers. Finally we were told that the part needed would be in for us to pick it up the camper on the 27th. We wasted a Vacation day each, an extra drive, $ for a campsite we were unable to use and a week because parts needed for the hitch were not considered a head of time. For for our troubles we received a Sorry.
Excellent staff
The staff is very professional. They keep you informed about your repairs. Do their best to get your repairs done on or before scheduled time. I highly recommend using them.
The folks at Saratoga Alpin Haus were friendly and helpful throughout the entire camper purchase process.
Very professional staff. That’s the place to go to for all of your rv needs. The waiting room is great, their store. What can i say the place is amazing
Very helpful staff
Art cooper and the team made it a simply and easy process, they made the 5 hour round trip drive worth it.
The sales portion with the representative that I used was pretty darn good, however, communication with Service after the sale has been less than stellar, although most situations are resolved slowly, you could use a little improvement in that area.
We arrived early for our forever warranty and their service department accommodated us immediately. We were very appreciative. Everyone we dealt with were very efficient!
Friendly bunch
Let the customer speak directly to the techs that work on the coach. Explaining to a different person who then doesn’t prioritize the work you asked for isn’t helpful. Brought in the coach for a misaligned slide and left with a coach with a still misaligned (but less) slide. If I had been able to speak with the tech I’m sure they could have fixed it completely. It’s taking 3 trips there to get things done right. It shouldn’t be that way. Also service managers know nothing about RVs. That too is ridiculous. Needed help after hours and none of them had any idea what to do.
Service has been super helpful after the purchase. Even when our first (of 3 from you) was an entry level, low cost trailer you stood behind the product, and us, with the manufacturer. Scott Arminio has been a great guide along the way even when he had to hand us off to another salesman, in Amsterdam, to purchase the Tiffin Allegro we chose.
Very professional
Have not returned two phone calls to service department where my rv is
This is the place to go to if you want an RV. The staff here treats you like family and they went above and beyond in the purchase of my new Jayco RV. Asa, Keith, Dan, Kellie and everyone else that works there thanks and keep up the great work!
Prompt service. Convience of scheduling.
