I recently had to contact the service department and Jim answered all my questions and when I expressed how I might need someone to come out to my camper at the last minute to help me he then said he would have someone there. That help me so much to know that he would help.

You resolved the issues I was having with my camper quickly and I was able to go on a trip I had already planned.
I was able to get a appointment to diagnose my brake issue very quickly. The tester showed that there was no brake signal but as I got ready to leave the brakes engaged. The tester again showed no brake signal to the trailer. On the way home the brakes were very intermittent.
A few days later after researching on the internet, I took a look a the 7 pin connector and saw corrosion on the ground and brake contacts. After cleaning these two contacts and spraying the plug with contact cleaner, the brakes have been working fine.
I appreciate that Alpin Haus got me in so quickly and their diagnosis, but a quick look at the 7 pin connector would have shown the corrosion.
I believe that the tow vehicle, the brake controller, wiring and trailer are a complete unit and need to be diagnosed together. Taking the extra steps would have been "service above & beyond".
Warrantee renewal service and State safety inspection was completed in reasonable time considering they were down an inspector

Your local service rep Will was great. They repaired what was needed and he was very straight forward and professional.
What I didn't like was calling for status. The call being transfered to your home office having to leave a message then waiting for a call back. When I want to talk to a person not wait until the next day or the day after for a reply to my voice message!

I have been a service customer since 2014 and I have only used your facility in Oak Ridge. The service department is wonderful. Derek and his team have taken excellent care of me and my GreyHawk for many years.

Everyone I have had contact with from sales, to purchase to service has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I went there to get the heat fixed on my motorhome the gentleman that helped me was very very good it’s just it took him about an hour which is fine supposedly the part was roughly $100 they charge me over$300 labor that is ridiculous for an hours worth of work. I don’t have the exact dollar figures but it was over $300 labor
Service on my slide took too many trips from Cadyville to Alpin Haus to get repaired. The service department could have been better at communicating the issues and saved the 110 mile two extra trips that were unnecessary. Still not convinced the slide is fixed correctly as it appears to be not sealed as others I have observed when retracted.
Reliable. Friendly. Competent. I have never had a bad experience and hope they stick around for a long time!
We just picked up our second trailer from Alpin Haus in Port Jervis. Great experience. Asa Lennon in sales was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Dan did a great job with the walk through and orientation. Keith was very helpful and informative with the financing and additional coverages and camping opportunities available to us.
Service on the first trailer has been good as well. Matt in service has been very helpful. My only ding would be the service voicemail message says they will call you back before close of business the day you leave your message. That does not always happen buy they usually do contact you within two or three days.

Had a issue with the awning motor luckily we had a extended warranty because we do not feel as though the forever warranty really covers anything I was told it only covers appliances I don’t believe anybody ever walks throughThis camper or looks it over We don’t believe the slides are ever looked at or lubricated just not what was advertised
