We have been very happy with the people and service!
Our 5th wheel was in for service last week and the department seemed to lose track of the fact that we were waiting for it….embarrassing for them, irritating for us. However, to their credit, they made it right by providing a complimentary service call to our home for a minor fix that the annual warranty inspection revealed was necessary. Very considerate. Personal touch always counts.

We were very pleased with the space to drop our trailer for service. It was simple and ver convenient. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The service department was prepared, professional and a pleasure to work with. We came back later in the day to pick up our trailer and the great experience continued. It was dropped right in front in an easy place to hook up. The tractor driver made sure he placed the trailer exactly where we wanted. This consistent demonstration of first class customer service is why we continue to get our trailer serviced at Alpin Haus. We love our Apex Nano and are already to get back on the road in 2022.
The service team are very customer focused
Once again the team at the Oak Ridge location was great! We had bought 2 RV's from Garrick prior to the location joining the Alpine Haus Family. It was good to see the familiar faces still there and the assistance we received in purchasing a new RV was nothing short of spectacular. We received fair value for our trade in and the staff respected the fact that we were repeat customers. We will definitely be back!
Good, honest people who care about the customer as much as the sale. We were surprised to hear from our salesman months later, just to check in and see how we were enjoying our new RV. We’ve never experienced such kindness with other dealers.

I can’t say much about any other department than service because i have not felt with them but working with will in service is a dream. Will is completely honest about everything and could not be more professional. I have been dealing with will since before the buyout and he has not changed a bit. The only complaint I have about post buyout is the phone system. When I call for service I don’t feel like I need to explain my issues to an operator before I’m transferred to will. I called and asked for will bottom line. I was asked 10 questions before I was even transferred just to explain everything a second time.
The service person who did the recall work was very friendly and professional.
