Your Operations manager Derek Ricciardi does not answer his phone and has ignored my requests to return my phone calls and give me the opportunity to speak directly with him.
You, also, have ignored my request to give me an updated estimate to address only the service for the repair I want you to provide.
Your non-response indicates you do not want to repair my camper. Consequently my options will be to try and do the repair myself or possibly contact Alpin Haus in Amsterdam to see if they will consider repairing my camper.

You sold me a warrantee package and told me the trailer was covered bumper to bumper I have two bubbles on my roof and I'm told its not covered
you have very knowledgeable service people. They are friendly and try to service your rv as quickly as possible
Have someone always available to answer the phone. Simple questions like, “ is it likely that my camper will be ready today? “ go unanswered. Thus, the customer sits around all day waiting for your call only to find out it will be necessary to wait for the arrival of part. It is especially important to those who need to arrange a ride to pick up their vehicle.

You killed my battery when I left my trailer for service. I found my trailer out in your holding lot with a dead battery. When I connected my booster battery I found the bathroom light had been left on after service. This killed my battery. As we know, if you drain these batteries to 0V they do not last. You could make things better by replacing my battery.
Justin and Dennis made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They never applied any pressure, and have been responsive at every step, including post sale items.
