We have not heard from anyone except the one time that WE called Alpin Haus.
Even if a technician is out sick or parts haven't arrived or your business is snowed in, there should be some point in time when you need to call your customers.
Even if your customer is patient and wants the job done correctly you need to communicate with them.
It doesn't have to be the technician or even the service advisor but someone needs to communicate.
Good customer service is not only doing the job right but it is also talking to the customer.

The customer service and sales staff are top notch. We have made two purchases there and each time we have been treated very well from start to finish. Every step of the process has gone smoothly and there is no pressure. They don't hound you w8th endless and annoying emails and phone calls like some other RV dealers in the area. Jake, our sales rep, was able to order a Georgetown GT7 36K7, (a model Alpin Haus normally does not carry) for us. Following a protracted wait, we accepted delivery. There were some minor issues and the Georgetown was returned to the service department to rectify them. Dealing with service was a simple and pleasant experience. I anticipate the return of our Georgetown very soon.
We love your sales department, but your service needs help. I'm afraid to have my service done there. Our previous experiences were not good.
