I like the service of being updated on the repairs of our RV every three days. Y’all service writer, Brie is very professional and knowledgeable on the rv’s. Our salesman, Nicholas checked up on us several times to made sure everything was alright with our new motor home. We have purchased and traded many RVs through the years, and I can honestly say that our experience with Great American RV in Defuniak Springs, Florida was amazing. Everyone went out of their way to help us from sales, service, and financing but I want to give a special shout-out to Ken in the service department who went above and beyond to help us.
The initial question was based on my most recent experience (which was amazing); however, all previous experiences with the serivice department have been horrible. I had to pick up my after a few weeks because service has not been completed. Sometimes, two weeks pass before my unit is even looked at. Surely, there is a better way to operate.
David is a super quality salesperson. He represents Great American RV in superior ways and inspires trust, confidence and integrity. I really appreciate David’s helpful attitude and will refer friends to your company because of his professionalism.
Rob, our technical support representative, did an excellent job of walking my wife and I through the complex systems within our AirStream Classic. He gave the basic information about the trailer and also offered many tips from his experience that proved invaluable. Today in winterizing the trailer I called him and he patiently explained each step of the process. He also gave helpful safe driving recommendations that proved beneficial.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Motor home was back in amount of time they told me I could expect to get it. If their issue when picking up unit they work to correct it before you leave.
My appointment was on time. Service work was done in a timely manner. Danna was my service tech. She was professional and friendly. The next day I received a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied.

Since purchasing my RV from GARV in March, the Delivery and Service teams had me really questioning my purchase. Everytime I called for something, I was taken care of and then didnt hear anything back for weeks. When I would call to follow-up, it was someone new and I had to start from scratch again.
So when I turned in my unit in December for warranty and service, I was really worried. But Chris was fantastic with timely texts and updates (which is all I really wanted, I was not in a hurry to get the RV back... I just wanted to know how things were going) and he was very helpful. When I went to pick it up, everything was done and I feel MUCH better about future interactions with GARV.

Rayna Berry was very helpful in ordering the parts we needed. The company, Vanleigh is hard to get ahold of so she was diligent. Great customer service.
Our service advisor is Ms Logan and she does an excellent job with keeping us informed when we bring our RV in for service. The whole process is handled well from check in to pickup.
Danny in sells the most professional person I ever dealt with buying RVs he followed up on everything even called me yesterday to see how my experience wise he’s at the Grand Bay store I have recommended neighbors that are looking for an RV to go see Danny he’s the best to deal with can’t thanks him enough for all he’s done thank you Danny and the team at Grand bay
Working with Daniel was good, a fair person and a low pressure sell. The price was okay but it could have been better. I found the same trailer in other areas for as much as 2 to 3 thousand dollars less. The finance person was a bit pushy on selling gap insurance and an extended warranty plan but not too over the top. Josh was the most accommodating tech and very friendly, but one of the other technicians didn't seem like he enjoys his work very much. Overall we are pleased.
So far so good with the camper issues getting fixed.

after having a major issue , i was quickly assisted and helped with problem, i have purchased and am very happy with service from company. One bad egg does not define everyone, i have very positive satisfaction and appreciation for quick response to the people that go above and beyond to help and make things right.
