Mr. Lucas worked with me to the best of his capabilities and further in some cases. I had a special situation, in which I left for the Marine Corps and ended up in California. Mr. Lucas' ability to communicate is extraordinary, even in the small things. He kept me updated when parts were coming in and worked with me on a non-typical install inside my travel trailer.

Services were great. The only thing I would do different is I made this deal 3 days in advance of coming in and had requested that all paperwork and everything to be ready when I got there. I still wating approx. 1 hr for paperwork that should have taken only 15 min and then waited at least 2 additional hours for my camper to be ready. I am on a busy schedule and had anticipated for this to take no more than 1 hr. I was completely unpleased about the wait. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience. Just work on being timely and respecting your customers time and requests.

Bought a Winnebago ERA 7 years ago. Got a great deal. Had very few problems. Every problem was corrected to my satisfaction. Just did a 7,000 mile trip and had no trouble.
The sales team was attentive and helpful even while I was doing everything via email and text. The maintenance team went above and beyond to ensure my 5th Wheel hitch was installed correctly before I attached my camper. Thankfully they did because it hadn't been installed 100% correctly from the company I used.
The buying and trading process was easy and convenient. They worked with our schedule to get us in and out. We were very pleased with the service!
Although one of the smaller dealerships amongst GARV, this business was well-stocked and contained the unit we wanted. From the first time walking on the lot, we were greeted with friendly employees and Jim in particular took a lot of time to answer our questions and custom-fit a unit to our tastes. During the actual purchase, Jeff was very good with having all the paperwork ready and again answered all our questions about financing. The parts department personnel were very helpful with helping us pick out our necessary accessories and the tour we received showing us the motorhome's features was very informative. Overall - we were extremely pleased with our experience

Overall, this was an excellent transaction. Maria was very knowledgable about the motorhomes we were interested in, patient with our questions and concerns, and was very helpful in addressing them. We felt "listened to" and respected throughout the process.

As always, my experience was great. They were on time with my appointment & person checking me in extremely efficient & directed me to the waiting area. Waiting area very comfortable with coffee & food available for purchase for those of us with early appointments.

I was asked what I was looking for and was taken to the campers that matched. She did not try to sell me on anything else. I got exactly what I wanted. From the time I got there until I left with my new RV was about 6 or 7 hours total.

Mrs Angie Hebert was our service rep. When we went to pick up our camper after our annual service repair the service department had left the battery switch on and the unit was unable to operate the legs to load. She went above and beyond communicating and ensuring that our situation was resolved timely and properly prior to leaving. She also ensured to follow up ensuring that we were satisfied with all resolved issues. This is a huge improvement from last year where our camper was at the Beau Bridge location for over three months and we could never get in touch with our service advisor. What ever changes they made were in the right direction.
