Customer service is excellent. Very helpful and go out of their way to try to accommodate. Had a problem on the weekend and the called me back on Saturday to try to walk me through solutions.

I was unsatisfied with the 1st purchase of a tag along and had many issues with it. Keith Dulane our salesperson, at the Pumkin Center location, listened to our concerns and worked with us until we were satisfied. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We love our new tag along and will go back to Keith when time to purchase a new one. Also, Jared in the Service department was so polite and patient with us and very professional.

Knowledgeable staff that was not pushy. Brian Willis took his time showing us multiple different options within our stated budget. The service technician was great on our walk thru.
Everyone was so kind and considerate, from the receptionist, to the sales person (Nick), to the service tech who demonstrated the bells and whistles for the camper. Although I still had to look at the manual and text Nick (because I forgot the instructions). Even Theresa, who made me sign my life away, was sweet and kind. Loved our conversations, thanks for all your patience and energy it took to sell me on what I have wanted for years! I only hope my mother lives to enjoy the travels with me. Elizabeth
