My husband and I brought in our toy hauler for the 1st time a few days ago for the annual lifetime warranty. We’ve had it a year now. The only extras we wanted checked out were the ramp door and entrance door. We are very satisfied and relieved to know service at Great American is great! Our salesperson even remembered us! Everyone was very courteous.

We find breaux bridge to be very convenient for us and Grant and his staff are always wanting to please us. The front staff are very nice and accommodating. We will certainly purchase our next motorhome there.

They are a no-nonsense dealership. Vince, our salesman was great, very helpful and continued to engage even after the sale. The sales manager was great as well. The serviceman they assigned to us, Kevin, seems now like a friend, even have his cell in my personal card file. Finally, getting to the price was no hassle, and they delivered a used RV that I'm confident they checked out throughly.

Your dealerships Service Dept. is by far the best ever. This is the third camper we own, and have never had better treatment that at GARV. Bri is the best. Always keeping us informed, and doing her job above and beyond, such a spectacular person to know! We adore her. She has made owning a Jayco all worth it.

The 2 young men that gave us our tour of the new camper we bought went above and beyond what they had to do. I mentioned their efforts to Tony and Ray how great they were. The buying experience was easy and all concerned were most helpful.

Nick Smith was our salesman. He did a great job from the first time we spoke. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase. We are out of state customers. As such we weren't sure what to expect once we arrived. When we arrived our new camper was waiting for us and the process began. Chase was the tech who showed us around the camper. He was kind and very thorough. Nick was the last tech we came in contact with, he was fantastic. He helped us get hitched up and on the road safely. All in all, we have a wonderful experience from start to finish at Great American in Hammond.

Great American RV has a huge selection of RVs. Polite and friendly staff with on site financing. Huge service area. And Is convenient to interstate 10. We bought our fifth wheel new at the Defuniak Springs Florida Location. Stan Harris was our salesman he listened to our needs and absolutely nailed it. We love our fifth wheel and when it’s time for a new one we will be back at Great American RV.

After Hurricane Ida our 5th wheel was in need of repairs. We brought it to Great American RV. The service manager, Alex was great. He took care of everything including the interaction between insurance company. All parts were ordered and the repairs were worked on. He even kept me updated weekly until complete. Thank you, Alex.
