We had electrical issues while traveling.called the service Dept and was told to come on in. It took Will five minutes to locate our problem, a blown breaker.
We were repaired and back on the road quickly . They even processed our warranty claim for us!

Just what i wanted
I would like to thank Stacy Hinkle for her, helping me find the right RV unit. I am now working with a Evanne in-service, correcting some issues found in my New Tiffin Waferer. Your service department so far has been excellent and correcting issues that were found in the new vehicle and very nice to deal with. Please give my thanks to EVANNE and the service technicians that have been working with her.
They have ordered parts that I’m waiting for to finish up some of the small things that were found, but want to give them all credit for their expedient and friendly assistance.
