I was very impressed how Chase went through our new Sporttrek even though we traded a Sporttrek in. He took his time and went through everything like I hadn’t owned a very similar camper. He didn’t answer any question he wasn’t 100% sure but did get the answer.

The personnel we dealt with were very kind and took interest in making sure we had a pleasant experience. Their computers were down which was out of their control. However, they dealt with it in a very professional manner.
The professionalism of the organization and their strive to get you comfortable in your new RV. They even have a place where you can spend the night with your RV and kick the tires.
