Our salesman, Mark McQuade, was awesome!! He was not "pushy" and worked over the phone with me for several days. We were welcomed with open arms after our 7 hr trip. The tech guy, Dylan, who was also awesome showed us the RV and explained every detail! He is very knowledgeable! We were getting bummed out having to wait for a couple of hours for finance, but Trey made it up to us with a great personality and smooth paperwork process. And Mark stayed with us the entire time! Once everything was complete, we were allowed to hook our Rv, which we named "Dolly" to their 50 amp and camp overnight. A security guard is parked there after closing hours and all day Sunday. Only complaint was that the used 2018 RV lacked a good cleaning on the inside which we pointed out. They agreed and explained the Main cleaning lady was out on maternity leave but would definitely address the issue. After arriving back home, I had a question for Mark and called his number and left a message. He did not answer but immediately called back and was on vacation hiking in North Carolina. What salesman would do that? He has called since to check on us and see how "Dolly" did on the road trip back home! Thanks Mark, Dylan & Trey!!

One of your Assistant Service Managers, Debora has worked with my wife & I getting our RV warranty work completed & also the warranty for life annual inspection. She has put a lot of effort in successfully completing the job. She is also working to resolve our RV’s chassis AC problem. Debora is a great representative for GARV.

Mr Doug does what he says he will do and always follows up with his customers . You also have a top notch credit specialist! I'm sorry I can not remember his name . If the service department is as GREAT as your sells team and credit specialist yall will be Number ONE RV to go to. I have not had to use the service department yet .

I would like to take the time to pass on my thanks and gratitude to Patrick and Travis. While I am sure (certainly in my case) many buyers have done a great deal of research on their RV that they wish to purchase, it is the aftermarket care that defines the dealership. There are ample examples of where this goes totally wrong on the net.
Tiffin has a fine product and they appear to back that up as if it were personal. GARV appears to take the same personal approach. It is customer centered.
Patrick and Travis met me on arrival, had the problem sorted within 1/2 an hour, and sorted out a problem I have had with DISH reception by installing a Tailgater. They assembled the device, tested it and had it running so I could leave next morning. Fantastic service.
I operated as a surgeon in a public and private hospital setting for 40 years and attention to customer service is something you cannot buy. The work done by Patrick and Travis was impeccable and reflects well on GARV who I would recommend in a flash. Patrick also responded to my plea for help, by simply saying "have it here asap and we will fix it". You have no idea how reassuring that is when something goes wrong.

We have been very please with the sales and service that we have received from Greater American RV. The service dept tries to accommodate you and get you out fast. We live several hours away and they have been good about scheduling our service to be done in one day.
