Everyone was very friendly, easy process on our trade in and purchase of a new RV. Service people were great. Our new RV could have been a little cleaner but they apologized they had recently lost some detailing staff and tried to do the best job they could.
Only disappointing thing had nothing to do with the dealer where the purchase was made. My husband and I both made this purchase, his credit/income and my credit/income. Both the insurance company and the rep who called from a Louisiana Great Am RV number only acted as if my husband purchased the RV alone. Insurance papers initially had totally omitted my name and info and when the Great Am rep called she asked me (Mary) “I was calling to see how First name removed liked his new RV he purchased?” I answered “WE purchased it and WE are very happy with it.” Please note, you all are awesome, but it is 2022, not 1952. Please equally acknowledge your married customers.

My husband and I have been Rving for almost 30 years, this is our 5th RV purchase. Hands down this is the absolute best experience we have ever had. Great American RV in Breaux Bridge LA has so many kind and helpful employees. From the ladies at the front desk to our awesome salesman Nick Malagarie(and the sales managers) to the service staff (Bri and her crew), Kaitlyn the delivery coordinator, Theresa in finance, everyone we came in contact with during our recent purchase of our first class A, were so friendly and helpful. They make you feel like part of a family not just another customer or sale to make. This is the best dealership we have ever done business with and we will be returning here for all our services. If you are thinking about purchasing an RV or you needed service this is where you should to come!!

Products are all geared toward camping and RV life so shopping for what you need is easy. Service and staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
We received good sales help from the store but were a little disappointed when we brought our new Keystone camper home and the first rain the camper leaked. I was baffled when my husband noticed a big hole in the roofline which should have been caulked at the factory which was a cause of the leak. THere was another one in the window as well which you all are now servicing.
The service and help from Great American has been great and I have no complaints with them. THey are all very nice and helpful!
I would highly recommend but not sure if I would recommend Keystone? Time will tell if this is a good brand.

I did have a couple of problems with our tow home with our new camper but they resolved everything within 24 hours. They are friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Saleswoman Kim H. Is the best! I pulled up a few campers on internet and showed her what I was looking for and each would have a couple of things I wanted, but not other things I wanted. After showing me those, she asked if she could show me one she thought would have everything I wanted and still not to big to tow with my truck. OMG, she was right on! I loved everything about it. Now getting ready for our first trip!
