I am new to Great American so I can only base my opinion on the sales side of my experience and my technical walk through, I have not had any experience with your service writers or service technicians as of yet.
Everyone at the Hattiesburg Sales Center were professional and very friendly, After being there for just a short time I felt very comfortable , my sales associate was very knowledgeable and having the two managers come out and meet me even before I actually purchased was very impressive.

Audrey was so accommodating and helpful to us in our time of need for a hot water tank repair. She is truly a terrific employee. Also, Gary the service technician, was great at explaining what went wrong with our “on board” Atwood hot water heater and what he did to resolve the problem (new circuit board). Great American RV is the first RV Dealer in our many years of RV travels where I would recommend my fellow RV’ers to stop for repairs. Great job everyone!!!

I have to say I have never met a more friendly staff. They made us feel welcome and made sure our needs were met. I am in wisconsin and wish we were closer to stop by every now and then. I would definitely come back to trade or upgrade in the near future. The only thing I wish I could have tried some of that good food I heard about down there. Thank you all and look forward to seeing you in the future!

Shawnee in service is very knowledgeable and addressed every issue we had with our RV. After service she went to our RV with us and made sure every issue was resolved. Thank you.
Mr. Bob, who no longer is there and Mr. Darren, my service guys were the best at keeping me updated on everything!! I enjoyed the fact that they were honest about everything and the delays in which they had no control of from the manufacturers. They were both extremely accomidateing in every way possible! Thank you so much to both these men and those that also helped that I cannot remember their names.

The experience was 1st class. Our sales rep Bobby Reach was very knowledgeable, professional and top notch. Never once pressured us, was very patience with us and worked hard to get us everything we wanted. The whole experience was a joy. Everyone we came in contact was pleasant and went out of their way to make our experience a good one.
